Old Mancunians’ with Mount Sinai, is a Masonic Lodge in East Lancashire, which meets in Manchester City Centre. The Lodge is a member of the United Grand Lodge of England’s Universities Scheme; serving University students, graduates and staff in the Northwest. However, this is not exclusive and our membership remains open to all.
